Reclaiming the Core

A warm welcome to you
I’m a woman, mother, partner, daughter, sister and friend who values connection, honesty and meaningful relationships.
I feel most at home in nature - in open spaces, fresh air, quiet moments and the grounding rhythm of everyday life.
I’m drawn to creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and explore what is shaping their lives, relationships and choices. My work supports people in moving towards greater clarity, connection and alignment with the life they want to live.
I am a certified Systemic Therapy Facilitator, Energy Healing Practitioner, Menstruality Mentor and Breathwork Facilitator, with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals and groups.
I’m Anika, and my intention is to create a supportive and grounded space where people can reconnect with themselves and explore the patterns, experiences and relationships that shape their lives.
I care deeply about creating environments where people feel safe, seen and able to speak honestly about what they are carrying.
A central part of my work is acknowledging what is — including the experiences, dynamics and inherited patterns that may be influencing us beneath the surface. Sometimes these patterns are personal, and sometimes they have been carried through families across generations. They can affect how we relate to ourselves, others and the life we long to live.
The process of understanding and shifting these patterns takes time, patience and self-awareness. It often involves learning to build a deeper relationship with ourselves, including the parts of us that hold pain, protection, fear or unmet needs.
Over time, our perceptions can begin to change. What once felt fixed can soften. We can develop greater clarity, self-understanding and choice in how we move through life.
For me, this journey has felt like slowly walking up a mountain. At times the progress is subtle, almost unnoticeable, until one day you realise something has shifted — the air feels clearer, the view wider, and you recognise you are no longer standing where you once were.
Systemic Constellation work has been one of the most meaningful tools in my own personal and professional journey. Through this work, I have experienced profound shifts in understanding myself, my relationships and the generational patterns that can quietly shape our lives.
Since beginning this path in 2013, I have participated in hundreds of constellations and continued training in this approach both in Germany and Australia. I completed my first training in Germany in 2019 with Rosmarie Lipp and Ulrich Lipp, followed by further trainings in Australia with Susan Altschwager and Jodie-Anne Smith.
I feel deeply committed to this work and to supporting people in moving beyond limiting patterns and towards a more connected, grounded and fulfilling life.
