Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Reclaiming the Core, every session, circle, and workshop space is prepared with care and intention. When you book, that time is reserved especially for you.

 

1:1 Sessions
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session fee is non-refundable.

Workshops, Circles & Constellation Days
Bookings are generally non-refundable, as your place reserves a limited spot in the group. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person or apply the payment toward a future event (with at least 48 hours’ notice).

Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations within the notice period or failure to attend will be treated as a completed booking and are not eligible for refund.

Exceptional Circumstances
If unexpected circumstances arise, please reach out. I always aim to find a compassionate solution where possible.
