Have you ever felt an emotion that didn't quite feel like your own? Found yourself repeating the same painful pattern, without knowing why? Sometimes what we carry isn't from our own story - it's inherited. Unspoken family secrets, old traumas and hidden loyalties can quietly block the flow of love and energy through a family system, echoing down through the generations until someone finally turns to face them. A Day Under the Grandmother Tree is a full-day Systemic Constellations workshop held outdoors at The Farm for Wellbeing, in the beautiful stillness of the Adelaide Hills. Held beneath the shade of the Grandmother Tree, this is a gentle, supported space to step into the healing work of family constellations - with room for 3-4 full constellations and experimental introductory exercises for those new to the work. Tea is provided, with kitchen facilities available to warm up food, and chairs are on hand if you'd rather not sit on the ground. Bring your own picnic lunch, dress in layers, and come prepared for a day outdoors. This is an invitation to slow down, be witnessed, and gently uncover what's been asking to be seen - for you, and for the generations before and after you. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To keep this workshop accessible and fair for everyone - including others who may be waiting for a spot - the following applies: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before the session can be rescheduled to a future date at no additional cost. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session will incur the full cost of the session, as this short notice makes it difficult to offer the spot to someone else. If you're facing a genuine emergency, please reach out to me directly - I'll always do my best to work something out with you. A Day Under the Grandmother Tree is held entirely outdoors. In the interest of your safety and comfort, this workshop may be cancelled in the case of: -Heavy or persistent rain -Extreme heat or a total fire ban / catastrophic fire danger rating for the region -Any other weather conditions deemed unsafe The decision to cancel due to weather is at the facilitator's discretion. If the workshop is cancelled due to weather: You will be notified by email as early as possible, though the decision may need to be made close to the day depending on the forecast A full refund will be issued Please keep an eye on your inbox on the morning of the workshop in case of a late update.
